| Περιγραφή Προγράμματος: | This is a strategy project, regarding the development of a 3-year business plan (2015-2018) for EBETAM S.A., Greece. The company is a technology institute and provides a portfolio of testing, certification and R&D services to companies in key business sectors, including industrial goods, consumer goods, and basic material. It is a joint venture of government agencies and private-sector organizations, and it is overseen by the Greek Ministry of Development. Its facilities include a wide range of state-of-the-art labs for testing and control activities that support the aforementioned portfolio of services. The project is implemented through 6 workstreams: 1) Development of tailored approach 2) Analysis and evaluation of EBETAM’s business environment 3) Development of strategic options 4) Strategy implementation planning 5) Financial planning 6) Project management. |
