| Περιγραφή Προγράμματος: | The object of this proposal is the complete recording and dissemination of the entire experience obtained during the ten-year operation of the Postgraduate Course on Environmental Education. This recording aims to become a reference point for those who participate in the Postgraduate Course as well as for those involved in planning and organizing similar programs at an undergraduate or postgraduate level.
The recording is designed according to well described specifications and will be developed in six different forms. It is among the objects of this proposal to record and disseminate on an organized and structured mode the educational material already produced at the Postgraduate Course but also to enrich the course themes with new updated material. The six forms will be produced through the following actions.
1.Re-structuring of the modules’ thematic unities that will lead to the re-organization of the modules’ syllabuses.
2.Writing of a basic thematic text for each unity, within the frame of predetermined length and structure specifications. The prospect for the total of the texts of each module’s unities is to develop into a textbook for the module (The output of this action hereinafter is referred as “text –textbooks”).
3.Development of a Power Point Presentation for each thematic unity
4.Writing, under predetermined specification, of texts that aim to deepen the knowledge in selected topics of each module. These texts will be evaluated and peer reviewed so as to become publications in a volume of collective works (the output of this action hereinafter is referred to as “texts- articles”).
5.Creation of Multimedia Databases, in selected modules that favor the use of such material
6.Development of Field Projects and the collection of Best Practices derived from the implementation of exercises and field activities.
In addition to the above, the following horizontal actions are also provided:
-Preparation of specifications for each of the above six forms of educational material.
-Access to the produced educational material in electronic and typed version
-Diffusion of the results in a two- days workshop
-Implementation of cooperation activities
-Administration and secretarial support and supply of consumables .
-Project management.
The total budget of the proposal is 136,400 euro and the period of implementation is from 10/07/2015 to 31/03/2017.
