| Περιγραφή Προγράμματος: | The economic and political crisis in Greece has affected all spheres of social life and, among them, education. In this framework, it is necessary to examine, first, the impact of socio-economic crisis in education and, secondly, the role to be played by education in addressing the crisis. From gender to class inequalities from the emergence of a diploma disease to the “need” to increase the employability from the rise of under-employment to the omnipresence of hetero-employment, new interesting research prospects are opening up for the Sociology of Education, not only to study critical issues of everyday educational affairs, but also to highlight possible solutions and / or interventions to mitigate the effects of the above phenomena. |
