| Abstract: | This paper studies path delay fault testing of Omega Multistage Interconnection Networks (MINs). Taking advantage of the MIN’s parallelism, we show that although the number of physical paths is O(n^2), all these paths can be tested optimally for path delay faults applying O(n) test vector pairs. Having derived the test set, we also show how the test set application as well as the response verification can be done either by a dedicated low–cost tester or on-line using the system resources. |
